I went in to possibly get my Miele vacuum covered under warranty since it should be covered . I was told it is not covered the motor was going bad and assuming it could be water damage or not changing the bags or the filter so methinking to myself which one is it . I asked the gentleman how much would a motor cost he said I might as well buy a whole new vacuum I was very disappointed but knew I really wanted another vacuum . The following day I went back to buy another one he offered me a discount which I did not ask for but who would not want a discount . I went home with my 1300 dollar purchase unopened box but box was damaged when I received it . My husband didnt agree with the purchase said they should have covered my vacuum under warranty A few days later I took it back trying to return it with my cousin waiting with my kids in the vehicle he would not return it unopened the owner he said it is not fair Im screwing them over was very unpleasant to be around said he didnt have enough money to give it back how is that possible if most was on card the only way he would give me it back is if I purchased another vacuum so he will give me the difference which was 400 dollars he picked it out I got home and it was used the owner told bob the other worker that he should have not even given me another vacuum so Im assuming he knew it was used and was that upset I was trying to return the account .I called the Livonia location said the owner said he would get my other vacuum covered I received a call saying that they dont know why I was ever told the motor was going bad all it needed was a tune up this made me even more upset this is complete black mail my vacuum got the tuneup extra 85 out of my pocket still has the same problem nothing changed . I will never purchase anything again by the way what kind of owner cusses in-front of you and makes you feel small and uncomfortable and said I begged for discount completely disgusted and disappointed do better

Cameron at the Plymouth store is awesome. I took in 2 broken vacs late last Saturday afternoon and he repaired them both for free. he was pleasant and a true customer service expert. Thanks Cameron! Gerry

Ive been a Banks customer for over 20 years. They continue to give great service. I brought an older vacuum to them and Scott from the Plymouth store was so kind and thorough. It was a miner problem, but he took time to check all the parts carefully. I will continue to be a Banks customer for years to come!
