I am disappointed. I came in yesterday for a facial hydration. The staff recommended the diamond glow. After I got home, I felt more dry. Nothing improved.
Overall very meh. Went for a facial. It was perfectly fine. Not very relaxing as the esthetician was talking and asking questions throughout the facial. They did some extractions and left me with some hyperpigmentation that hasnt faded. They just added about $300 worth of products when I was checking out without asking until I told them I wasnt interested in purchasing anything. Overall not at all worth $200 in Ly opinion. I have had far better facials at different spas that were not as costly and overall a way better experience.

I am having the hair laser removal package. It has been effective and truly easy. I was reluctant to begin and had lots of questions - as Id never had any treatments before. The staff made me feel completely comfortable and I am thrilled with the results.
I came to this clinic for around 2 years to get laser hair removal on my legs and chest mainly. The experience was tremendounsly dissatisfying. In our initial conversations it was deemed that my skin color and hair type were good candidates for significant hair reduction. After a total of 8 sessions or so my hair density didn't really change. I basically have to manually shave every 3 or 4 days. On top of that, in one of my sessions the employee there didn't notice I had some part of my leg marked with a black marker as she was applying the laser. The result was burned skin that remains with a darker tone to this day. They recommended products to remove the mark, but the mark never went away all the way. Their employees are also not trained well. The reason I say this is that every employee would apply a different setting for the laser or use different strategy. Then, at the end of every session they would tell me how much to wait before the next one. Some employees told me 2 months were enough and others told me that 3 months were really required to have the expected result. Last but not least, I had this experience with one of their employees that started talking about a controversial topic, but when I challenged her she got upset and made the whole session very uncomfortable.
