We strive for customer service and we appreciate your feedback! The owners (myself and my wife) were not in the store, nor looking at the cameras. In fact, we were in the middle of putting our infant son to bed, we're away visiting family to celebrate his first birthday this week! We do not schedule items for pickup, especially from a different person who purchased, to avoid any kind of conflict. This is to protect the buyer (you) and the seller (us). A+ for the employees, A+ for the availability of the products, B for pricing, D for willing to do business, F for the owners looking at the cameras while purchasing but unwilling to do a waiver of responsability to have an item picked up. (Basically releasing them of any responsability or even hold the item at the store for pick up, my military service schedule conflicted with the hours of the store). Thanks regardless! Would have bought atleast 4 more figures, an N64 in box, 4 controllers and 5 +$50 n64 games with a SNES and some extra games! Your's trully, Mumbo Jumbo & Hatsune Miku.

Great selection of both retro and modern games plus accessories! Although the part that really kills this store forms are the stickers. Somehow their stickers are worse than GameStops and by far the worst to remove. I have yet to have a single sticker come off clean. Truly egregious
