Stayed at the Cotswold house B&B and found it excellent value for money .Room was huge and delicious breakfast .Close to the beach as well .Delightful hosts .couldn't fault it .

Wonderful stay here during our visit to Falmouth. Lovely clean accommodation in a fantastic location...just a 5 minute walk to the Gylly beach which is lovely and clean. Breakfast was tremendous. Couldn't fault it at all. We loved Falmouth and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for two nights end of January in this fabulous guest house. Classy, spotless clean and beautiful. Location is absolutely brilliant being ten minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Breakfast was great and Martyn was very helpful. I will stay here again when I come down to Cornwall.

We had a wonderful stay - fantastic service right from my first phone call enquiry. Liz and J and Liz's mother all made us welcome. Jolly good breakfast, freshly cooked. Comfortable rooms. Particularly nice surprise was the the bar in the lounge, perfect for a nightcap. Good location for getting into town and only minutes from the beach. Delighted with everything and nothing was too much trouble.
