Worst online experience I've ever had with a jewelry store. Ring was correct size but the stone was super small. I returned the ring for a refund and they claim they didn't receive it. Buyers beware shady company this is.
My husband bought a bracelet for me for christmas. Before I realsied the flowers were catching and snagging my clothing it had runined two dresses. I emailed Hamond and got a curt response to say there is nothing they can do as the bracelet is 3D. I have lots of jewellery from Hamond-but i wont be buying any more.
Excellent service here with in a day as told. Really nice necklace my wife loved it. The gift wrapping was great would order again from here. A1 well done

Such a shame and disappointment. My mum purchased a ring from the shop and has worn it less than 5 times and the ring has snapped in half! The ring has only been worn on her little finger and for special occasions only. We took the ring back to the shop and explained this all to the shop attendant. We recieve no explanation, no apology only judgement and inconvenience. The shop attendant did not seem concerned that the item was faulty and appeared annoyed that we were there. After asking if my Mum wanted a replacement she begrudgingly brought out a few sizes for my Mum to retry (which was fine). We are grateful that a replacement was offered, our issue was the attitude we were met with during the process.
