Will sell you broken/damaged parts and try to blame the shipper. Poor packaging as well, 0 regard for ensuring anything of quality is sent to the customer.
Hello, we are sorry you had a bad experience, but all our engines and transmissions carry a 30 day warranty, if you were outside the warranty period when you contacted us unfortunately there isn't much we are able to do since our warranty department makes the final decisions. However we were more than happy to sell you a replacement product at a lower cost than the usual price to help out. As far as "buying" a review we only offer free t-shirts to customers who purchased an engine or transmission from our store not to receive reviews.

Buying a good review with a free t-shirt is not professional! When it comes to warranties they play the run around, They tried to do it with us but it did not work... The sales man is nice but nothing else. I would not recommend this place for an engine or transmission purchase. it was 10 days after... I have 28 + yrs doing this and I have NEVER EVER deal with people like ya`ll...
Johnny, we don't just send random MAF sensors with our engines we ensure before sending out the products all parts are correct. Something like that you would of noticed right away not several months after your purchase. We did everything we could to assist you. But asking us to reimburse $300 is ridiculous.

I purchased a s14 sr20det jdm engine and trans from jdm alliance for $3800 in Spring of this year. I paid Above avg street price but I thought based on their reputation, I will most likely get a better quality engine. When the engine first arrived, we quickly discovered that the flywheel is badly rusted. After contacting Jdm alliance, they promptly sent me another flywheel which is appreciated. However, the flywheel they sent was the wrong part and did not fit. When I informed them of this, they were not able to find any flywheel that fit the engine that they sold me. No problem, I understand that the condition of used engines are not guaranteed and at least they tried. So I bought another flywheel on my own expense. Then I have to put the project on hold due to the birth of my first child. A few months later I resumed my project, I learned that the mass air flow sensor they provided is for a different engine. They sent me (along with the engine) an MAF for a s13 naturally aspirated engine (not turbo) which has a different MAF with a different plug. When I called again, they informed me that they recognize the part number indeed doesnt match the engine but they do not have the correct one in stock. The cheapest one I could find used on eBay is $300. When I asked them if I could ship them the wrong part back and reimburse me the cost of the correct part they refused. They said I should try and sell the wrong part myself. The problem is, no one is in the market for a sr20 non turbo engines MAF so I am out of luck for $300. I am very disappointed because the MAF is an item that is listed to be included with the whole package I paid good money for. I thought paying more to do business with JDM alliance will avoid issues like this but I was wrong. What they stated is that is been over 30 days so there is nothing they can do. Even if I am merely asking to exchange for the correct part that they should have included in the first place. I would recommend looking elsewhere when shopping for your jdm engine. Update, per owners response - the two MAF are visually undistinguishable by outside appearance. The only difference is there is a different pin pattern. Most of your customers like myself are car enthusiast and weekend garage warriors. You cant expect customers to be able to spot pin pattern difference on a MAF until you actually try and install the part. What is more disappointing is when I called, the employee at least recognized the mistake but now the owner is saying that didnt happen. Just to be clear, all I wanted was to send back the wrong part that was shipped to me In exchange for the right part rather than some kind of reimbursement. I still have the wrong part if proof is needed. But for everyone else, based on the owners lack of willingness to accept responsibility should be a red flag as you make your purchase decision. If you are someone who doesnt care about getting a wrong parts and poor condition engine and can fix anything yourself, I recommend you just buy the cheapest one on eBay. If you are looking for the best quality you can find from a reputable importer who will try to take care of their customer, look elsewhere.
