I am sorry we didn't get back with you like we should have. We did do some research and found where you emailed and asked for information and we failed to respond. I guess we earned this one. New double back up procedures are being put in place to keep this from happening again.

They keep emailing me to give them a review so here it goes. I called and I emailed and Ive never received a response about a camper shell for my dad. I am a fellow business owner, and I return each one of my customers phone calls/emails personally. Its ironic but Im responding to this review spawned from an email I sent them that they didnt respond to.
So I am choosing to take the high road here. I fully expect you to remove your negative review. I am hoping you think my company is someone else and that may be the reason you gave us this review? As it turns out, we in fact responded to your email. I have a copy of the the entire chain of emails going back and forth between you and my store manager. Allen Green from Cusick, WA. I can send you the entire transcript of your conversation if you would like proof. You emailed us on December 15th and we responded back to you the very next day with quotes and stock availabilities. So the basis of this entire review is actually done with false and inaccurate pretenses. So I requested a quote off of one of the truck topper webpages, they never sent a quote or called. Then weeks later I get an email from them to do a Google review. Well here is my review. Are you kidding me right now? Your shell took months to get. You ordered it on 10.8.20. We finally received it from the manufacturer on 1.15.20. This was 100% due to Covid and you were well aware of it. I have documented my company checking the status of your order seven times during that period and responding to back to your four times via phone call and three times via email. Not only that, but I personally asked my manufacturer representative call you and explain the situation himself so you would be hearing directly from them and not me. Not only did I do everything within my power to communicate with you the situation, but I actually squeezed your shell into our fully booked schedule the day your shell arrived. Then you wrote a negative permanent Google review about my company after we did everything possible to take care of you? You have no idea, but I have lost sleep over the stress of getting your shell to you. There were over twenty shells we were waiting on along with yours. Everyone else understood the situation. I didn't even have time that day to install your shell but I still made it happen to get you taken care of. I made my tech work through his lunch to get you done. Then when you dropped it off you asked us to make some kind of special cuts in a drawer system you were building and we never scheduled for that. There was no way we could get that done in the time we had to do the work. When you made the appointment nothing was said to us that we needed to schedule another 30-60 minutes to custom cut notches in your drawer system you were building. This negative review floors me after all we did to take care of you. When you called us, we always responded (even had the rep call you once), when the shell came in we installed that very day even though we really didn't have the manpower to get it done. The shell was exactly what was ordered and we did a first class job installing it.

The product and installation was of good quality; however, did not arrive until a month after they quoted me for expected arrival. Likely a complication due to Covid, this issue was not communicated to me but only revealed after I questioned numerous times where my product was. Further, during installation I requested they make a simple notch in some wood build outs I have in my truck. They were not able to accommodate, which I find disappointing for a company called custom truck
