Maybe I read the situation wrong, but I went in this morning and wanted to get leashes and collars and treats for my dogs back home. I had my kids with me. The store clerk legit acted like we were going to steal all the things and went as far as to take a toy out of my child's hand. I bought the treats because I promised my kids they could but I wish I hadn't spent a dime there. Probably great if you're a regular using the daycare but the store front service is frustrating at best.

I can't say enough great things about Sweet Paws Bakery & Daycare. I take my dog there there on a weekly basis for daycare and he LOVES it. I know Colleen and Pat take great care of him and I never worry when I leave him in their care. Colleen makes the best cakes and treats. The snickerpoodles are my pup's favorite!

I am sorry that you did not have a positive experience at the store. We always strive to create a happy environment for pets and their owners. first walked in, terrible customer service. some old bat came out and watched me and my family like a hawk, even when we would remark how cute or cool stuff is her little beady eyes were still just following us in a stuck up, judgy way. their selection isn't even all that great, and it's way overpriced. on our way out we simply said "have a nice day", no response from the old stuck up witch. lost my business simply by being rude.
