Tony, Chantel, Kelsey and the crew at Strategic Workspace are quality people and have developed an awesome workspace, with great offices and event spaces for all budgets. Really enjoyed the attention to detail in decorating the spaces the lighting fixtures and the metal pineapple like casual tables in the common areas to the work station tables and private office spaces are amazing. Benard, our reputation precedes itself. We hold ourselves to high standards and values including integrity. We do not engage in any sort of poaching of employees, and we have our members best interest in mind at all time as is apparent in many of our stellar reviews. Regarding the first statement, that person you are referring to approached us about employment. Also the "employee" in question was not even yours or your business' employee. To our knowledge, they were indeed a contractor providing work to someone else in the workspace, whom you must know. Second, we are sorry that you feel this way towards the legally binding contract that you signed on office space, we even offered to sign an additional addendum for added peace of mind which you refused to sign, we are simply asking that you fulfill your contract requirements.

Don't rent from this space unless you want your employees recruited away from you and management to not return any deposits or rent for a space that was never used. Terrible experience. Glad I didn't move forward with moving into this space
