We are very frustrated with this garage door company. Zero communication on their part. We ordered doors February 2022 understanding that we would wait a few months but our doors would be installed May-June. It is now going on September 2022 with no call back or communication on the companys end. We are not important or valued costumers to Lowry. We have paid in full up front for two doors new openers and installation. We have called the office and never get calls back. This has been a really frustrating process and still no garage doors or installation date. We will NOT be recommending Lowry to any of our clients or neighbors.

Lowry doors replaced my door controller in October 2021 and requested payment before the work was done. I paid with a credit card in October. The installation was fine but since October Lowry Doors has repeatedly contacted me through emails and phone calls asking me to pay again. I've sent them verification of payment, they confirm it was paid and yet they keep calling every month or so requesting payment. Today, May 26, 2022 I received yet another call requesting payment. Either their accounting department is incompetent or this is some sort of scam.

As a property manager, Lowry has always been great to work with and responsive. I just used them for my new home and the install from Kyle looks perfect.
Richard, In our years of experience working with your particular make and model of garage door, we have found typical repairs do not seem to last, as per Lowry Doors standard. That is why we recommended to replace the panel or to replace the door. I apologize if that was not communicated clearly to you at the time of estimate. We wish you the best. There was a small issue with my garage, but Im not technical so I needed help. Lowry was the vendor who had a sticker on my door so I called them for assistance. It took them 1 week to send out a tech. The tech was a nice kid but he didnt really have any constructive feedback + didnt really know how to describe the issue. All he knew is that I needed to replace a panel on my garage or get an entirely new door. He said hed send my case into their sales department and then theyd get back to me with quotes. Well, they never got back to me and the garage got worse. I called in and the lady said its going to be around $2,000 for a new door or $900 for a new panel. She said the panel would be around 36 weeks to get in. Just looking at the garage, the naked eye could identify what the issue was, and it definitely didnt look like a $2,000 issue. I decided to call a small local company and they fixed the issue in 45 minutes, same day, and for $180. Dont call Lowry for repairs. Call Jacob Garage Service Repair. Youll save some money.
