MUST have an appointment. Call and make it, dont try to schedule it in person. They staff will make you feel like an inconvenience. Also incredibly over priced for their work.
MORTIFIED... I booked an appointment, received confirmations, reminders, etc. I show up the day of and nobody is there. They have to reschedule me the next week because nobody was going to be there the day I booked, even after the emails confirming the appointment. This wasted an hour and a half of my day from driving there, waiting to see if anyone would show up, and then having to drive back home. Sydney was then late to my next appointment. My wedding is next month and I emphasized how I love my long hair and wanted it long for the wedding. I told her a horror story of how someone once cut my hair super short... she then proceeds to do my fear. Do not let Sydney cut your hair if you have curly hair. She does not understand curl patterns, how to take care of it, nor how to cut curly hair. You will leave there VERY VERY disappointed. I didn't go in there thinking I would get a discount since I got stood up the first time but being late the second time is what irritated me. Looking at their no-show policies, I believe they should have to abide by the same rules. Over-all, I just am happy I went early enough to HOPEFULLY have my hair grow back out before my wedding.
Spent last rainy Saturday afternoon at SSOB being loved and pampered!!! The salon environment is welcoming at all times no matter when my appointment time has been. The girls are sincerely caring and dedicated to all clients. Brooke is highly recommended for all your hair needs!!
I am so so happy with Caity at Sydney's! I was super nervous about getting my hair cut but she put me so at ease and my hair looks fabulous! I had requested someone that really understood curly hair and was absolutely ecstatic to see that she had curly hair and understood exactly what I was talking about when I was sharing my worries. Caity did such a good job and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
The WORST hair experience of my life. Completely fried my hair, after a year of trying to go blonde I ended up with yellow on top and platinum on the bottom. Hair stylist will lie and say they know what they are doing when they do not. The final straw was making two appointments, one at 1pm and one at 3pm and I was 15 mins late to my first appointment which I text caity Roberts and let her know, and she said ok. I get to the salon and she is gone, and Im told she has left for the entire day when I had two separate appointments. when I voiced my concerns to sydeny, she called me poor and told me to watch who I was talking to. Also , i got banned for asking for a refund and i am blocked on social media. will NEVER EVER give my business again. UNPROFESSIONAL!! They will mess you up and take no RESPONSIBILITY!
