Absolutely terrible! I have been on the phone for the past 9 months trying to get a refund on the amount I overpaid before I moved out. I have spoken to some of the agents and theyve all been pleasant but continue to give the run around and nothing gets solved. Not to mention the fact that they never fixed things when I lived the property.

Extremely helpful experience with Gabe Tilford. Moved away during Covid and have had an extremely difficult experience getting back home to Florida. These people are terrible. I've been looking for a place to love and they happen to outsource their call center. THOSE REPS ARE RUDE, HUNG UP ON ME, TOLD ME MY APPLICATION WAS NEVWR PROCESSED 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER. MIND YOU, I HAD BEEN CALLING PRIOR TO THAT TO CHECK on the status. None of them know what they are doing. I was transferred multiple times and I will never do business with, or recommend this company to anybody. I requested a supervisor and was promptly hung up on. These people have no regard for their customers and I will never do business with them again. Very irate and disappointed at the service provided, but what else can you expect when a company is too cheap to pay for quality customer service.
