It sounds like there was some unanticipated swelling from tapering your piercings back open and its an easy fix for us to swap the posts to a longer length temporarily to allow for swelling. The posts and service fees will be free of charge. Your situation is unfortunate and not extremely common. We mustve underestimated the amount of swelling that reopening your piercings would cause. My piercings had closed a little bit. So I went in to have them repierced or have jewerly put in. I was told I could just put smaller gauged jewerly in and it would be fine. It's not fine at all both conche earring I had put in are way too short. My industrial is fine but both conche piercings are insanely painful and swollen. The place is clean I'll give them that, but I paid $200 and now will have to go and have them removed, because I can not physically remove them from my ears.

Sorry that you didnt have the best shopping experience with us. We always do our best to offer the best alternatives to those we cannot get in right away due to being booked with appointments. We hope to open lobby back up to the public very soon when Oregon hits the 70% goal that were very close to. Below we have listed the guidelines for personal service businesses like ours are currently required to follow that were last updated late May 2021: Require clients to wait in their car or outside to be contacted when the provider is ready for the appointment. Limit visits to scheduled appointments. Provide curbside pick-up arranged ahead of time for product purchases outside of scheduled service appointments.

They only allow one person at a time and you must make an appointment just to shop but they will kick you out as soon as another person will shows up.... and the door is locked for that matter .I should of went to robot instead.

Very friendly staff, I greatly appreciated Carls patience explaining the myriad of ear lobe piercing options and my many questions. And he does indeed love his dad jokes As a researcher of gold jewelry, my only wish was that the tiny gold earring posts (which were all lovely) were more reasonably priced for their weight. But I understand why some markups are necessary.

My piercing experience was not bad at all. I have metal allergy so I always stayed clear of body piercing. I have a feeling even using gold and what not my body will be like noooope. I got a daith piercing from Carl and he was great! He was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He cracked a few jokes it was great. He took great care of me, and was very helpful. I hope to see him again in the future for more ear piercings.

We also only stock safe jewelry that meets implant quality standards, has a flawless finish, and a lifetime guarantee. As well as solid 14k and 18k gold. We also uphold the highest standards of asepsis and cleanliness including but not limited to single packaged sterile skin preps, disposable skin markers, and sterile gloves for all piercing procedures. We also use a Statim sterilizers commonly found in dental practices that are tested each cycle with an integrator and a weekly spore test with an independent laboratory.
