Shelly, we are sorry that you feel this way. we understand that the home have been sold so unless the new home owner is contacting us we cant go back but we would if you still owned it. the repair we have made was to correct a roof leak that was from another roofing company work, we repaired it and the repaired worked. any other opinions were unbeknownst to us and those opinions was about the general roof condition, not the specific repair we made. again, if you were still the home owner we will happily come back and take care of any issues. how ever according to the roof inspection the new home owner did and according to her real estate agent who helped her buying the property the repair we did is effective and there is no reason for us to come back.

I used this company to fixed my roof a few months ago. They did something /damaged to my roof in a different areas. I called them no responses back. I have to get another company to get the roof repaired. If you use this company to fix your roof, you must be watching them what they do to your roof.

They employee ( Julian and Elijah) comes much quicker to check my problem than any other service of any kind that I have. They are prompt, have expert trade people that give a thorough exam, and are absolutely respectful of all property while they are doing the replacement or estimate. They always give an accurate, honest estimate and explain the replacement needed or anything else they find. They listen patiently to every concern I have in my limited laymans terms and help me understand my current replacement or maintenance issue. They always clean up the replacement site and work area and leave my house looking better than before they came.
