I know we spoke on the phone and I didn't want to respond to this until I had a chance to talk to you but wanted to reply to the review as well as check in and see what ended up happening with the truck. The hardest part about this for us is people expect a vehicle to operate as intended and be a reliable vehicle for them and their family and we strive to meet that need but at the same time it is very hard to be able to say this vehicle wont have any issues in the future as that is something we just realize that with as many moving parts that go into cars and engines its just not realistic to think that they wont break down at all and it is impossible for us to predict what the future failure will be. With that said I have quite a bit of experience with the powerstroke diesels and when one side of the engine completely fails it would be very uncommon for it to need 4 new injectors all on the same side at the same time and specially since all the injectors got replaced a few months ago when the truck was bulletproofed. It is much more likely that there is a harness issue or a FICM half that is either having a connectivity issue or has shorted and not powering that bank of the engine. Either way I wish your truck was in the area as I would be more than happy to take a look at it and see what it needs but I am also very sorry regardless that you had to deal with a issue and I really hope that you were able to get back on the road without paying extra money for misdiagnosis and parts that did not ultimatly need to be replaced. Please give us a call and update us on the situation as we are curious to see what is happening with the truck. We also want to say we really hope you understand that we really do care for our customers and do try to go the extra mile to get these vehicles in great running condition for our customers. We bought a truck from them in March of 2021. In May the truck broke down. They mechanic says what we need to fix will cost $3400. But also what we need to fix we were told was completed and new when we bought the truck from the dealership. The guys were very nice and easy to work with but not worth buying a vehicle and within a couple months having to pay a quarter of the cost of entire truck to fix what they said was done before we purchased.

Daniel I'm not really to sure what to say about this. We have tried to call you a few times now just to reach out about this issues but cant seem to get ahold of you. What I do have and would like you to see is a repair order from Bronco Motors Hyundai as that's who we took the vehicle to and it states that the transmission needed a sensor and a update and they did that and that it was good to go. So with that said I know you can think whatever you want based on what they told you but you are more than welcome to take a copy of this receipt back to them and tell them to their face they are clearly lying as it states on the repair order all that was needed was a sensor and a update and they did the work so I dont know where they get the idea that telling you they told us something different was a good idea but maybe they just want to make some money, I dont know. Either way sorry to hear you are having issues with the car but it has also been 6 months as the vehicle was sold some time ago and we can not predict future issues that may occur but I assure you that we are always trying to go out of our way for our customers and had you called us I can say we for sure would have done what we could to help.

When I first started to purchase my 2011 Audi A4 from Kelly & Simon and I didn't have trouble with the vehicle I was very happy with my purchase and was satisfied with my vehicle. I liked them so much that 2.5 years later I traded in my Audi A4 for my 2012 Hyundai Genesis I was absolutely in love with this car I was GUARANTEED by Kelly that they had just done transmission work on the vehicle and it was a brand new transmission in my car. 3 weeks after I bought my car I started to notice the car was having transmission issues. I contacted the Manufacturer of the vehicle and had the car inspected by the mechanics who told me that the car was brought in prior to me buying the vehicle and that the Mechanics warned Kelly & Simon that the Transmission was not the right transmission and that the transmission would continue to have problems if they didn't replace it with the correct transmission. THAT DIDN'T MATTER TO THEM they had another mechanic put the WRONG TRANSMISSION IN MY CAR & then took it back to the Manufacturer and told them the car was having issues. They did what they could for them to make the transmission work properly but told them that they needed to replace that transmission with the correct one. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN THEY STUCK A FOR SALE SIGN ON IT AND SOLD IT TO ME KNOWING THE TRANSMISSION WAS NOT THE RIGHT ONE. I have already spent $600 on a brand new starter and now it's in the Manufacturers Mechanic shop and it's going to cost over $5,000 for a BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION THAT IS THE CORRECT TRANSMISSION. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT TO KELLI AND NO CALL BACK AT ALL. I didn't even get my Warranty Paperwork when I purchased the car. I was told by Kelli that they would be mailing me the paperwork in the mail. That was in February when I bought the car and we are sitting in June and still haven't received it. When I spoke with the warranty company they told me that I should have received it from the Seller when I purchased the vehicle. So I had to request for them to email me over a copy of the warranty so I was able to review the warranty. I am so bummed that this could have happened to my by 2 guys that I considered friends. DON'T PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE A THOROUGH CAR FAX REPORT ON THE CAR AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THE WARRANTY COMPANY THAT THEY ARE OFFERING WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE VEHICLE. BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 2 WEEKS FOR THE UNDERWRITERS TO APPROVE THE REPAIRS ON MY CAR SO I CAN GET MY CAR BACK. Highly disappointed in the company and I will be reporting them to the BBB

They are amazing. I drove to Boise from Burley. Kelly is amazing he took care of everything via Text, phone, and email. I texted him and let him know when we were on our way. He had the paperwork ready all we had to do was sign and drive. The customer service and knowledge they have to get people what they want with reasonable prices and great financing is out of this world.We bought a 2016 Dodge Journey and I am in love with it. Also Kelly worked with getting us financing and we have very challenged credit. If your in the market for a newer quality used car and don't want to deal with pushy salesman and uncomfortable wait times. Go see Kelly and his crew they are amazing will definitely be back.

Had a great experience with Kelly he was amazing and helped alot to get me in a vehicle!!!! Vehicle runs great and it really nice. Didn't get the car I really wanted but at least I got one!!!!
