Based on my experiences I highly recommend NOT doing any vehicle maintenance with Land Rover of North Atlanta as they do not stand behind the quality of their work and are performing and/or attempting to perform unnecessary repairs. Recently I had them replace the brakes on my 2015 Range Rover which had a continuous loud squeal when braking after the work was completed. The service advisor, Jermaine Duberry, as well as Land Rover North America admitted there have been similar brake issues with other customers. After returning to have the brakes fixed they were still unable to resolve the issue with squealing. Subsequently I visited Roccos European garage to have the brakes completely replaced. The problem was resolved immediately. When I called Land Rover North Atlanta to request a full refund from the service manager, Eldric Brown, he refused and told me he didnt have a record of me returning to have the brakes fixed and refused a refund. I in turn escalated to Tom Denman, who from what I was told oversees the service operations for Hennessy Land Rover. I had to follow-up with him several times before he finally returned my call. Mr. Denman was arrogant and condescending and also refused my refund request and told me I should have given them a 3rd opportunity to resolve the problem. Both Mr. Brown and Mr. Denman clearly need some training from Hennessy on how to treat their customers. As a side note I am on my third Range Rover and have been doing my service work with Land Rover North Atlanta since 2006 and have seen a significant decline in the quality of their work over the last few years. Unfortunately I no longer see them as a viable option. My bigger concern was when I originally had the brakes replaced Land Rover North Atlanta told me I had a radiator leak which they quoted almost $4000 to repair. I was immediately skeptical and had Roccos provide a second opinion, when I had the brake work done, and was informed within 2 minutes after they opened the hood that it was a $238 hose that needed replacing. Roccos also indicated it was very obvious that the leak was coming from the hose and not the radiator. Based on this I feel I was either intentionally misled by Land Rover North Atlanta or that there was a very poor diagnosis of the problem. Both Mr. Brown and Mr. Denham downplayed it like it was not a big deal and an honest mistake. My concern is that this is happening to other customers who are more trusting and getting unnecessary service work done. My recommendation is avoid doing business with this dealership or exercise caution and getting a second opinion before doing any high cost service work until they can turn things around.

Ever since we got the car our car was very lemony And was messed up and for the past few years it keeps getting worse and worse so we came and they would not help us fix it. And the guy that we talked to was very disrespectful we are not happy with this service

I thought I booked my appt online and when I arrived I realized I had booked it at the wrong location. They took care of me anyway, called an Uber free of charge for me, and performed both service and a repair at no charge because I purchased the car w the Certified Warranty. Land Rover North Atlanta has given me beyond superior service every time I have been there. I highly recommend them for both purchasing and servicing a car. Scott Guenther
