Rude, do as little as possible, always a long wait, just to be told you have to make an appointment or that they cannot recreate the issue. My car had the motor replaced at 4k miles and has never been right since. Buy a honda at least you dont have to replace the motor every 25k miles in a honda.

On a road trip to see family. Had battery issues with my 2021 Outback. I was able to get an appointment with Hansel Subaru. They even called me after I set it up online and offered me a earlier appointment. Jay help me out in the service area. He was up front about everything and took care of my needs. It took them a couple of hours to figure out my issue and got me back on the road. Would come here again if I lived in the area.
The purchasing experience is good, especially if you start with the Internet manager and then take your price into the dealer. The aftermath of service contracts, extended warranty and the paper work is a bit sluggish, but pretty typical. On the flip side, the repair/service department is very disorganized. I'm used to driving customer experiences through digital solutions. Having repaired our 2011 Outback there twice, the experience stinks.
