So far, I am not happy. Packlane gave me the option for regular land shipping at a very low price under $15.00 or $50.05 for 3 day UPS shipping. I chose UPS shipping for 3 days and paid the $50.05 on March 03, 2017. Today is 3/15/17 and I still don't have my boxes. When I went back to review the charge for shipping it was $50.05 as I thought but the ship date had changed from 3/6/17 to 3/23/17. This is extortion. On top of all this the custom box software kept glitching. It took me over an hour to complete the box and all it was is one color and a simple logo. Don't use these people!

Their design software is pretty easy to use and intuitive. The boxes came in a very reasonable amount of time. The customer service person I emailed was also incredibly friendly and helpful! My company would definitely use them again.

I purchased two orders, and packlane messed up on both orders. First order was not only brushed off, they subsequently made a mistake on the second order where the two folds of the boxes come together misaligned and that particular side is pretty much useless for photos. Apparently, attention to detail isn't their concern. :(
