In an attempt to resolve a conflict with the store, on numerous occasions we have been yelled at and spoken down to in rude and inappropriate customer service interactions. They have offered resolutions only to alter the terms of the agreement once decisions were ready to be made. We had to hear religious ideology and beliefs of store workers that have nothing to do with purchasing items from a furniture store. Also, during phone conversations, we were told that the person needed to be on his knees to help control his anger with the situation. The general customer service in this store is lacking professionalism.

My experience: The products are flimsy and cheap, far over priced. My experience: The sales team with the fake smiles and all, arnt enough to cover for the worst sales pitch. Hypocritical if you ask me. My experience: The language on the floor is horrible! Hardly a place for children. My experience: I dropped in the store floor (empty by the way) and heard some real nasty words, so much so I decided to come back. The day I came back was worse! Very bad language towards what appeared to be his son/worker. Nasty Nasty Nasty. I don't recommend, at all.
