They told us to bring in the cups we needed engraved so we drove an hour there. They were closed and we called them and they said it would be 2 hours before they would be there. We left and never got them engraved. The hours posted said they would be open and they never told us before we left that noone would be there..
Wanting to support local my husband called Ray to see if they could do a simple one ink color shirt-a small order for my new business. The catch was it needed to resemble a Texas road sign with a slight change. He said absolutely no problem. We arrived and he got up from his lunch to help us. He pulled a sign off the web and tweaked it a little but knew it needed work. He said he would work on it and get proofs to us. We paid him then left. Thats when Ray flipped a switch to the I just got paid and dont care mode anymore. He sent a proof the next day by email then called. I looked at it and told him it seemed a little busy could we remove my store name and city so it resembled the Texas sign and some of the proportions were off (he knew this they day before and said he would tweak it by thinning the border and finding a better pine tree). Also I had located my font for the store name on the front of the Tee. Ron then said he had already wasted 30 minutes on my "piddly" order and he couldnt waste much more time on it. At that point I realized Ron either couldnt do or wouldnt what we needed. Reality set in that I had prepaid for something Im not going to get so I asked for a refund. Ron agreed but took out $40 dollars for his wasted time. More than I make for 30 minutes time and what about the time I wasted due to Ron misleading us that he could do what we needed. I just agreed, and prayed the refund would show up because at this point I have total distrust. Moral of this story- this company is not a good fit for small orders and without their graphic artist who was let go during covid they may not be able to do do what you need.*update* My $40 was refunded.

The order was incorrect the lettering was completely wrong pretty much ruined $600 worth of high in jackets. The order was even late the excuse was given that another order came in apparently had more priority than mine. I would never recommend this business for embroidery work again.
