I called on Tuesday night twice before someone called me. They just told us how to restart the furnace. When it did not start my daughter and I went to bed, because it was almost midnight and I had to be up in less than 5 hours. The next day my daughter called for an appointment, but they could not get to us until Thursday late in the day. So we spent a night in a hotel. When we got home on Thursday for our appointment it was 43 degrees in the house. Once the tech was where he did a wonderful job of fixing the furnace. I was really happy with that part of the service. The people on the phone were not so helpful. It seems the first person never took my information and pasted it on to a tech. The second person to answer the phone spoke so softly it was hard to hear him. Then the tech that called had his own idea of what was wrong and never listened to what I was telling him. He kept insisting he knew what was wrong and never heard what I was saying. So everything that happened until a tech showed up three days later, needs some retraining on the company's part. Would U called them again, yes, because I believe in second chances.

Furnace was leaking air pretty badly. They also cut the wire to my doorbell which is a camera. Fixed both issues myself but never did hear back after leaving a message with my salesperson.

My water heater failed Sunday morning and I contacted Home Depot for a replacement with their contracted installers Aksarben ARS. I was contacted later that day by Aksarben and was set to have my estimate that Monday morning. Chandler the estimator arrived and was very thorough with the recommendations for my new unit setting my appointment for later that day. Brady and Tyler the techs who replaced it, arrived on time and the job was completed within an hour and a half, taking the old unit with them. Both techs were competent and demonstrated the skills and training in the job they did. I might have paid a little more than average, but the results were worth it. Thanks Home Depot and Aksarben ARS for a job well done!

The repairman was nice but once they know how old your unit is they seem to paint a picture of doom as far as making repairs which i know at some point it makes sense not to do. However if the part you need is cheap why not try that first. Of course if you are charged $333 for a $5 part which takes 2min. to install plus an 89 service charge It can get expensive but not as much as 7,000 for a new system. and funny thing it worked! For this reason i won't use this company again..
