Firstly we are sorry you were not happy with the service your daughter received and Im surprised she chose to add on a brow service if she was so unhappy with her first service. She certainly didnt let us know at the time that she was unhappy or there was a problem with her treatment, in fact she seemed very happy. I am struggling to ascertain as to what the problem was as both times we have tried to talk to you, you have put the phone down on us! As I understand. You called the salon to enquire what was involved in a pedicure, it was explained an exfoliation, cuticles (AHA cuticle remover applied, pushed back and trimmed where necessary im not sure what else we could do to cuticles ) foot wrasp (not wrap) and moisturising treatment. This treatment is 30 and includes a varnish. You can however upgrade from a varnish to bio gel or shellac for an additional 6 this extra 6 is not additional time (as I believe my therapist tried to explain before you hung up on her) gel actually takes a little less time as no drying time is required. This additional cost is added on because of the product used. We use bio sculpture gel or CND shellac. These are both premium products therefore have an add on cost of 6. I understand this is the service your daughter received. I also note that your daughter attended her appointment on the wrong day but we moved things around and she was accommodated by our fantastic team. One thing I can guarantee you is we work extremely hard and our reaction would NEVER be tough. 30 pedicure + gel polish voucher bought as a present for me daughter. On the phone I was told this was a full hour treatment including exfoliation, cuticle care, foot wrap and moisture treatment. I was then asked would I like a gel Polish for an extra 6 which I agreed to. This as I understood was time on top of the treatment. However, when I asked my daughter how had it been she said Ok no foot wrap and other than a soak in a foot spa not as good as the way she looks after her feet herself at home. The cuticle care was actually the cuticles pushed back and that was all. Very disappointed especially as this was a gift and did not live up to the way the company describes itself on the web site. After ringing to state my disappointment, their reaction seemed to be tough.
