Wasn't the most impressed, but my expectations may have been to high or I may not have conveyed what I was looking for to the artist. I have grown my beard out for sometime and needed a clean up and style. I thought I had explained what I was looking for, but seemed the artist was a bit timid in the services. I'm sure it was a simple miscommunication, the staff was very nice an accommodating. If you going I would suggest to be clear, I think she was a bit afraid to take any length of the beard and shape it to what she thought would look good for my face shape.

The level of talent has definitely gone down at the Brookside location. They only have 2 employees plus the manager. When I got home I noticed my hair wasn't even and had to cut off some stragglers that they missed. Seems more like a sports clips kinda place now but still charging a premium. Definitely not worth the price of admission anymore.
