Nathan, I did some digging into your situation. It appears you were quoted for an hour of electrical testing when clearly that was not needed. I do apologize for that. We should have quoted 15-30 minutes of time to pull the mechanical apart, verify your concern and go from there. They tried changing me $150 to diagnose my windshield wiper blades not working when I told them the problem before even getting there. Ansd they didn't even tell me they were charging me. They just slipped me a piece of paper and said sign when I walked in. What a rip off. Stay away!!
