My brother liked the place so I tried it. Unfortunately my experience wasn't good at all. Had meniscus surgery on knee and the woman who assigned to me was so pushy I kept telling her I was in pain but it just didn't register with her. She told me to climb there exercise stairs and on my 3rd time up my knee blew out . So after that I went back to doctor who had to drain my knee 3 times. Very painful to say the least. Personally I wouldn't ever step foot in the place again . 100% True
