I used this business to install a mini split unit. Installation was satisfactory. Salesman was a disappointment. They were initially unable to install wifi control component do to supply (understandable). I followed up with salesman Allen. His response was wasnt it free. Simple answer is no I wrote a check for $8,000. So not only was it not free but it wasnt provided. I had to follow up several times. No initiative from the company. The sales man told me it was not his fault and everyone beyond him at the company was a joke ( in writing via text if requested) he was more interested in promoting his own construction business . I requested a call from the company to discuss and that has gone unanswered for over a month. Not exactly a good representation of the company but they dont seam to be concerned since the check cleared. I feel that Allen is a dis-service to the company and on his customer since he does not care about you once the contract is signed despite the fact it was not fulfilled. If your looking for good customer service and follow through keep looking because this company does not provide that. Once you pay they are non responsive to any concerns you have even if its in the advancement of their business.

Not professional, schedules appointments for first thing in the noring and then does not show up. Huge waste of time and money.
