Low overpriced inventory. Only two people working the gun counter can't wt anyone to help. Rude argumentative checker that doesn't understand their store policies. Sportsman has really gone downhill. Save yourself a headache and just go over a few blocks to ranch and home.
would like to start off by saying I don't want to say that all employees at Griggs in Pasco are bad but I bought some line from them and they messed it up with that said I took 3 of my reels to sportsman to get them fixed and redone all the employees are super helpful but especially the manager that was walking by he went above and beyond to take off and fix my line that I didn't even get put on there He is by far the best manager I have seen he was busy doing something else but still took the time to do both my lines that where all messed up not to mention it was almost closing time and the pricing for the fishing line services and other services are really good prices compared to other places would definitely recommend this store and will be doing all my shopping here from now on

2 older woman cashiers ditched and left a nice young cashier alone with several customers in line. The case I was purchasing rang in 4 dollars higher than marked. I alerted cashier and showed her the tag. She corrected the amount. I tried to use the card reader and it fell off the mounting stand. I entered my card and the unit would not recieve the #s. The 2 old cashiers came charging over as though I did something wrong instead of PROVIDING FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They told me how to do it (the same way that I had already tried 3 times). I asked if they wanted to try it. They acted as though I was in the wrong and ditched. The nice younger cashier and I finished the transaction on a positive note while the 2 others scowled. We won't be going back. (12:00 Tues June 6.)

UPDATE: Can these guys get 6 stars? Here ya go Always a great experience here, gun counter guys are awesome, AR15 parts are well stocked most of the time (supply chain messes this up at times) but they are obviously trying to keep a good stock of everything you may need. Great store, just updated their front end and firearms area. I keep finding ammo here so that's a big plus. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
