unfortunately your home was not in an acceptable condition to the lender based on the 3rd party inspections and it took awhile to be an acceptable condition, which was out of our control. We are glad it closed and all is well now. As far as lying, that is jut not true.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I understand that not every deal goes smoothly, and this was a complicated sale. This is not about how they handle the great no hassle deals. This is about how they treat the deals that do not go well. This is how they treat the smaller commission sale, that they expect to sweep aside and be quiet. because it is more time and hassle to speak up after being mistreated the way we feel 1st Rate has treated us. I would not recommend working with this group. Reps for 1st rate mortgage has made numerous documented mis-representations about their ability to process a loan for their customer who was purchasing a property from me. Several times if not for the documentation provided by 1st rate which turned out to be wrong/misleading/false We would have walked away 60days prior. The receipt of Closing documents, closing dates, and other deadlines were mis-leading/fabricated deadlines were unable to be met. Many promises written and verbal were not followed through with. They expressed the deal was almost done, when at the end it was barely ready to finish. BUYERS/SELLERS BEWARE

Ive contacted this company in multiple ways, and been told that there is no way to get off their email list. Guys, dont sign up for their emails unless you want to receive them for the rest of your life - theres no unsubscribe button, and emailing them in reply wont get you off the list.
