DO NOT GO TO BASECUTS I went for a bleach roots touch up with toner. The stylist did a terrible job and I have ended up with my roots being a completely different colour to the rest of my hair. The roots are yellowy whilst the rest of my hair has been bleached even lighter by the stylist (not what I asked for). The stylists in the salon tried to rectify the issues but there is still a very visible difference between the roots and the rest of my hair. The customer service is dreadful - I was visibly upset about my hair in the salon and the receptionist refused to give me any discount. I have since contacted them trying to get hold of the manager (not around when I was in the salon) but my email has been ignored. Overall, the stylist was unprofessional (even snapped a piece of my hair on purpose to show how dead it was...) and was rough with me when applying the bleach and washing my hair. He was also reluctant to admit that he had done anything wrong and tried to blame it on the previous stylist who had bleached the rest of my hair. To top it all off, they only accept cash which is ridiculous when you have to take out a large amount of cash and just adds to the frustrating experience.

Hands down the worst haircut experience I've ever had in my life. I would strongly recommend against choosing Basecuts for a mens haircut. They had double booked me. The stylist didn't listen to anything I had asked for regarding my cut nor was any sensible advice provided regarding what product to use or how to style my hair after the cut. Overall a hugely disappointing experience.

Alma has been my hairdresser for over 15 years she is amaizing always giving me the best colour advice on what would be right for me and is always spot on ! Almas blowdrys last me for ages and my hair is not the easiest to do with my natural curls ! I would recommend alma to anyone who wants a new colour cut and blow dry they will come out feeling great Sarah jones

DO NOT GO TO BASECUTS. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID! They do not listen to what you want - they just do what they want. It doesn't matter if you have a long discussion and agree on the style you want, the length you want, etc - they will NOT listen. They will just cut your hair the way THEY want. Absolutely terrible.
