We did electrical work at your house and unlike you are claiming we did not fall off your roof on to your water heater and break it. Your water heater is 17 years old. All the pipes going in to the water heater are rusted and corroded. What we did do is we moved a piece of fence that was laying against your house so we could run our conduit there and the fence brushed against one of the pipes going in to the water heater. The pipe wasn't hit hard but it crumbled away due to the severe rust and corroding on the pipe. We took full responsibility, we had a licensed plumber out the same day, and we replaced the pipe that was damaged. However, we are not replacing your entire water heater and all the pipes in your house like you are demanding, we are not the cause of the rust and corrode, and we are not the cause of the pre-existing water leak your water heater had. The fact is, your water heater is 17 years old and is deplorable condition. Water heaters only last 6-13 years, and your water heater was way past the end of its life, and the corrosion was eating away the metal from the inside of the tank. When the pipe busted, it was rusty water that came of it (which we have picture evidence of) and it was in this condition prior to us ever doing work earlier this week.

They broke my water heater and then said they didn't and wants me to pay for it now
First, you called and spoke to me prior to our technician coming out, and you were rude to me because you were asking for a discount on the work because it was easy. Second, when our technician got there you cancelled the work for the landscape lighting telling our tech you would do it yourself. We did this work on a Tuesday. You did your landscape lighting after we did an exterior outlet for you. You called, texted, and emailed the Friday after the service was completed at nearly 9pm, when we were already closed. We contacted you Monday when we opened and you informed us that you fixed it yourself. I offered you $14 for the parts and $100 for a future service. The lines could have been damaged by our technician unknowingly or by you when you did your landscape lighting, there is no way for me to know, which is why a credit for a future service was offered. 12 days later you got back to me saying this wasnt an acceptable offer and left us 1 star reviews on every review platform.

While trenching to run underground power the electrician cut multiple water drip system lines. I mentioned the issue on the spot sense the lines were clearly visible and was told everything was fine. I trusted the electrician & noticed days later the ground was sinking & the water lines were ruptured. I was lied to and my concerns were disregarded. The company took multiple days to respond to my issue and in order to stop the leak I spent part of my day fixing the problem. They than had the nerve to offer me $12 for the repair not taking in account my time and the frustration. Very deceitful and untrustworthy. Think twice before choosing them.

Did you ever call to follow up? It seems most likely that your email was copied down incorrectly if you never received an email. Our process is to send you an email within a few minutes of speaking to you, then you receive an estimate the same day in most cases unless it is a large project or a project that requires an in person estimate. Called in for a quote. They advised I would get an email but I never did. If a quote is hard to get I figured service will be similar. Gave them 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt.
