Hi, we are thankful for your review because what youre saying is that we are an honest quality wrap shop that holds true to our word and we certainly go the distance for every single client. They are all family to us. As far as the quality of Ceramic Pro, it goes unsaid that they make superior products and have been around for ages and cater to the needs of each vehicle whether they are high end super cars or even Teslas. Its unfortunate that that was the experience you had with it and luckily weve never had any issues with any other clients.. were thinking that you meant to leave us the 5-stars and that you just hit the wrong button ;)

We dropped off a Model X Performance and Model 3 Dual Battery for PPF and Ceramic Coating. We were very hopeful the Ceramic Pro Product would meet our expectations. Michael and his team were very nice however the product simply did not hold up to its expectation or sales offering. The PPF turned yellow and the vehicle's ceramic coating lost all hydrophobic properties within 90 days of install. We brought the vehicle's back however 30 days after it was serviced/ corrected it began to display similar results. Michael nicely offered to continue to resolve the issue however after several visits with the same result we no longer have the time to bring back and pick up the vehicle.
Hi Dan. We installed your hitch on May 23. You popped back in on May 30th for us to adjust a clip on the outer rear bumper. None of that has anything to do with what Tesla found after you took your car (according to Tesla) on a 4000 mile road trip from June 22nd until July 20th. During our discussion when you stopped in angry and demanding a refund for all the damage you incurred on your trip- (automatically blaming us for a service we provided you two months prior), we never did promise to give you one however we did take all of your info and we informed you wed get back to you that day. From there, I contacted Tesla with your vin and they informed us that you did have missing hardware and a broken rear diffuser and they also had to re install the rear bumper which meant that it was dislodged somehow. They also pulled up your mileage for me and during that timeframe you managed to put on those 4000 miles in that short amount of time.. not really sure if thats really considered babying the car? What you and Tesla are describing is huge possibility that you ran over road debris or water (which we have both seen and done in our own Teslas many times) that caused the damage to the undercarriage or rear aero shield (which is no where near the hitch itself). The bottom line is if the rear diffuser were missing hardware from the moment of install, you would have been back in the shop the same day for us to correct it because you wouldve heard the loud dragging noise from the beginning. Not one or two months later on your road trip. Two months and 4,000 miles later and you want us to pay your Tesla bill based on your own speculation of us possibly not installing something right? You also forgot to mention how you threatened us that youd post negative things about us all over social media unless we reimbursed you

I had an experience with an aftermarket vendor that I feel obligated to share. I have a 22 Tesla M3LR that I have had for about 6 months. Love the car by the way. I am an avid bike rider and wanted to get a hitch installed to put on a bike rack. I opted for the hitch offered by Evannex and asked the folks at the Tesla service center in Ft. Lauderdale who they would recommend for installation. The told me Signature Custom Wraps specialized in Teslas and so off I went. They installed the hitch on May 30th. Within a week, I noticed that the back bumper appeared to be coming off and I took it back to Signature within a few days. The mechanic stated that the bumpers are attached with clips and that is just need to be adjusted which he did. No problem. I then left for an extended vacation for about 3 ½ weeks on a trip to NY and back. No bike rack on this trip. While I was away, about 2 ½ weeks into my trip I was with friends and they noticed that there was something dragging under my car. I stopped to inspect and found that the rear diffuser had come loose and was dragging on the road and making a terrible noise. I immediately parked the car and made an appointment with Tesla service center in Latham, NY (35 miles away from where I was staying). When the inspected the car on the lift, they found and I quote, rear diffuser hardware bracket broken and hardware missing. Since they did not have the part, they graciously fixed the problem temporarily for me to travel home without incident which I did. When I returned on July 14th, I immediately made an appointment with Tesla and they came to my house on July 20th. They informed me that since they were unable to replace the diffuser with a mobile visit I had to come to the service center. Made another appointment and went on July 22nd. They installed a new diffuser with a cost of $350.00. This in addition to the NY cost of 100.00. And so, a job that originally cost me $400.00 was now$850.00 for the same work. Immediately after my appointment, I went to see the folks at Signature. We had a pleasant discussion about my being reimbursed for parts and labor and they stated that they would get back to me that day with an answer. I even provided a video and still pix of the damage. Needless to say, when they texted back, they claimed there was no responsibility on their part; therefore no reimbursement. They further claim that I must have done something to cause the damage. In essence, they were implying that I was lying and expecting them to make up for some perceived error on my part. I have to tell you that I baby this car since Ive owned it and there is no way I caused the damage; especially since the only area of contention is where the hitch was installed. And so, I am out $450.00 because a local business did not stand behind their work. I am providing this info as a heads up for anyone else who may choose to do business with this company. You may have had a different experience and thats great, however, no attempt was even made to compromise and I was just written off. Lesson learned.
Stand up guys offering a unique solution to customization. I can't begin to tell you the professionalism from the owner, great guy with a top notch respectable business.
Signature Custom Wraps is the place to go in Ft Lauderdale for professional application of Ceramic Pro for your vehicle. The results speak for themselves as a simple hand wash makes the vehicle look new every time.
Absolutely fantastic company. Mike and his team went above and beyond with wrapping and coating my Skyline. Very helpful with selection of colors and explanations. 10/10 would recommend. The ceramic coating is wild. I even had him do my shoes!
