What's up with the bar staff pouring every drink into a plastic cup? I ordered a water bottle & they more than doubled the plastic saying they "have to" provide it in a cup. Who is that helping? Not the environment. Also had an issue with the security staff. Friend went to the bathroom near the end of the event & then they blocked off all the doors that direction saying we have to go the other way. They refused to let us find her - wanted us to leave the venue without her & figure it out ourselves. Not very safe.

I was there on Friday and dropped My wallet somewhere between concession and the stairs. I was in section 104. I frantically ran up the stairs when u realized it was gone but was stopped by the usher who said "looking for this?", she had me verify my name before she gave it to me. She was an older blonde lady with shorter hair and an accent (maybe russian). I just wanted to say THANK YOU. YOU SAVED ME BIG TIME. Great human being, great attention to work. I hope MSG gives you employee of the month or something. Thank you so much!

Recently saw Eric church here. Eric was amazing as usual but msg isn't a great venue. I've been to quite a few concerts. Never had an issue with my seats being blocked off by equipment. Luckily some dude was selling pit tickets and we left those horrible seats. Msg customer service sucks and this was my first and last time going there.
