We had our AC and furnace replaced back around/July by Midwest. They had to come out a couple times since then for some minor things, but the staff is very nice and friendly. The staff is super nice and Miguel M. Has been the nicest and politest so far! He was able to help troubleshoot a problem over the phone and still came out to make sure everything was working great, so far, so good. Update, when they initially the unit, the electrician removed a plug next to the switch to turn the unit off and only put in a switch (no plug!) Now I have no place to plug in my April Aire Unit. I have mentioned this several times to several people, and the response is "we'll get the electrician back out to correct this". Well, we're nearing the end of September and I'M STILL WAITING! STARTING TO GET A BIT FRUSTRATED!
