We are very sorry for your experience with Shawna. She unfortunately only worked for us for 2 weeks. You had to have booked with her directly to get this service, since she is not on our website. If you would like for us to do a follow up service we can absolutely do that. Call the salon and ask for Patrick. We have some of the top micro bladers in the area. And are extremely professional. You never reached out to us to accommodate you in anyway. But please do so we can make sure you are completely satisfied. Sorry again, but give us an opportunity to get your touch up done.

I went in December to have microblading done by Shawna Nardell this service was supposed to come with a touch up in 6-8 weeks. I reached out multiple times to have this set up. She however ghosted. No explanation no offering of even a partial refund just simply ignored all efforts to complete the service in which I paid for. This place clearly hires people that are not professional in the least bit. Shawna was just out to scam someone and that is clearly what she did.

I went to Kat a few times for my nails. She does a good job, but her customer service is terrible. Oversleeping and cancelling appointments at the last minute without even being apologetic, although you'll get charged if you do that. Seemed cool enough in person, but gave off the attitude as if she could care less about having my business, so I'll be taking it elsewhere.

The staff there are very friendly and Mariana was an absolute sweetheart. She was honest about what I wanted and it turned out even better than I had expected. I'm extremely picky about my hair but i have found my new salon. I will definitely be back in the future!

I hate to post bad things about places on reviews, but this one has me really concerned with the hair stylists that work here. I went in yesterday to have my hair cut - asked for a simple trim, no more than 2 inches off, and layers in the front. Instead, what I received was a hole in the back of my hair. The girl used hair thinning scissors to cut my hair and now there is a huge gap. See picture. Everything is uneven and I am absolutely shocked. Dino Palmieri is redoing my hair and they said I am going to need hair extensions to fill the entire layer of hair that got chopped out of my head. Needless to say, I will never return.
