I see you are not satisfied with the amenities and the home owners association, both of these are not items that Collins Builders control since we were not the developer of the community. Regarding the home you live in, is it a Collins Builders built home? There were numerous builders in Old Plank Plantation during the time we built in there (2005). Thanks so much!

This review is very late lol....Collins built our house about two years ago. We are still in love with both the look and the quality of our home. Building was a great decision and the team at Collins makes it a painless process. We reached out to them a few months to a year in advance of building to see if it was even a possibility for us. They were patient and honest when addressing all our questions and concerns. Once we were ready to build they helped every step of the way with prioritizing our needs and wants while also balancing the budget and offering design suggestions. We could not have asked for a better home building experience. Even the one year walkthrough was breeze. They are truly the best from professionalism to customer service and expertise they are top notch.
