RIP off merchants, tried to charge me 1000 for work that didnt need doing, when I took the car elsewhere it was fixed for under 100. Which could have been done on the warranty, but as they messed me about for so long I lost the warranty. If I could give a 0/5 I would.

Absolute cowboys!! bought a car that ended up having a MAJOR fault which could have killed us! That was two days after purchasing the car.. and theyre refusing a refund for us. Please dont waste your time here, theyre a joke and their customer service is seriously disgusting !!!

Massive thanks to FML who took my 2011 X5 in after it cut out completely and wouldn't even enter limp home mode. FML have the full BMW diagnostics and provided me with a concise account of the issue and what was required to fix, honest and transparent. New HP fuel pump, new injectors, fuel system flushed. Top job, highly recommend.

Tries to rip off women who they believe are gullible. Said gearbox was broken when in for a clutch. Had it checked elsewhere and nothing wrong with it!!!!! Broken gearbox still going strong 2 years later!!!!!! Funny how they havent commented? Not even tried to deny it? Avoid like the plague people!
