I scheduled a haircut online- was quoted $45. After I got my hair cut, the hair dresser said she gave me a discount and only charged me $56 when the original price I was given was $45. Pretty positive that is not how a discount works. She also didnt style my hair, which I was not happy about.
We are sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory and an inconvenience. We truly care about our clients and the last thing we want to do is disappoint! I understand being frustrated when you thought someone was given your appointment time. What actually happened was that I asked Savannah to do a neck clean up which usually takes a couple of minutes. I can see how the whole situation could of been misconstrued especially with it being your first time at the shop and us not having a receptionist. I wish I could have had a good experience here, but the stylist I booked with, Savannah, took a walk-in before even talking to me. I let her know I didn't appreciate my appointment time being taken up, she said it would only take two seconds, honestly the time doesn't matter. I took time out of my life to make an appointment and there wasn't time in between for a walk-in. I thought it was very unprofessional and rude to do that right in my face, then argue back about the time like I don't have a right to be upset. The walk-in should wait till present appointments are clear, is that not how it works at every salon? I also had to call 5-8x because the person answering the phone can't hear me over the loud music. Very disappointing and I have to start all over looking for help with my hair. I don't think I've ever felt so unseen in any other salon. I hope they don't do this stuff all the time.
I understand your frustration and I apologize that you were unable to get a hold of anyone to answer your question. Usually if the call isnt answered after so many rings It gets transferred to the owners cell & she answers. Unfortunately we dont have a receptionist. Our website does allow customers to book online and see our services. We are a booth rental shop so things are different from a traditional shop that has employees. Razorssharpcuts.com

They do not answer the phone. I have called several times in regards to questions. It's not clear on their website. Nobody wants to wasting their time going to a place just to find they offer the services their looking for.
