First time renting from them worse ever experience they send me a dirty bounce house holes every where as soon as the kids went in it went flat I rented it for 3 hours and could only use it for 30 mins. Call them they just didn't care worse place every DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!! Hi Jen, Sorry to hear your experience wasn't as awesome as we planned. We did double check the equipment upon return and couldn't duplicate the issues you have stated. We do welcome our clients to give us a call when they are experiencing any issues and many times minor hick-ups can be resolved over the phone in matter of minutes/seconds, or we bring replacement equipment out if needed right away. Sounds like you had a power outlet that stopped working, easy to trip GFI's or breakers. We didn't receive the extra foam/supplies back, so we couldn't credit you for that. I rented the DIY foam party last Friday for a neighborhood event. It malfunctioned so I returned it to willcall the next morning. The person at willcall was apologetic and said she wasn't the one that put the kit together and she didn't know why I didn't try to get another adapter. What was supposed to be a 2 hour party turned into an hour disaster of us trying to figure out why water was shooting out of the hole in the plastic adapter and then figure out why the fan stopped working and why we were going through the product so quickly .The link to their video did not work. I was told that I should have called and someone would have brought us up the piece we needed. We live 45 minutes away and I had 30 children trying to have fun at the time plus I was using my thumb to hold the water back. Disappointed in the response after we returned the item and only received a courtesy refund of $50. I do not recommend the rental of the DIY foam kit.

Bad experience! I booked party entertainment with them for a birthday party a week out, and was delighted that they confirmed availability even though it was close to the event date. After hounding me daily for payment (I work full time, but did call during business hrs to issue payment in advance,) they didnt end up showing up for the event! No communication prior or afterwards until I called to inquire. They stated that their system was confused and canceled my reservation because payment was issued close to the event. They issued a refund after I called to ask for one. Beware- do not use.
