My mother hired this company to take care of some pet stains on carpet, they claim to clean and sanitize. I was unhappy with the clean, so I made them come back. The still did not do what they claim to do. Don't waste your money, a rug doctor does a better job.

I called Mrs. Stafford about her cleaning and explained that our process is very fast especially when we send 2 technicians. She said her carpets looked good but she was concerned about the time it took. I even offered to come back but she didnt reply. We have over 275 Five star reviews and we go to great lengths to satisfy our customers.

We had 3 bedrooms with carpet cleaned. It took them literally no more than 15-20 minutes. I am definitely not pleased it was a rush job and there is no way my carpet was deep cleaned in 15-20 minutes. I would not recommend to anyone. The two young men were bragging about how fast they were moving.

Incredible work cleaning carpets & sanitizing our floors; its like our carpet is brand new again!
