The man in charge does not respond to anything once they receive the money. My house was left unfinished with very poor workmanship and cheap labor. Very very disappointed. Sloppy work. Would not refer anyone to this organization .Stay away from rainbow restoration. They are a joke . The guy in charge is inexperienced as a contractor and very rude. He puts things in your house that you didnt ask for. He also uses laborers that dont speak any English and have no contracting experience. He uses used damaged materials. So sorry I chose rainbow. Huge mistake
I usually don't do reviews but feel I had to for this experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't know where the five stars is coming from the second review. My experience is similar to the first post. Had pipe burst, hole in ceiling and wood floor ripped up so insurance sent someone from Rainbow out to look at fixing the ceiling and floor. Guy comes out on a Monday...he measures, takes time with me, says he will get estimate over to insurance by Wed and work should start following week. Great---all is good! NOT! So when I don't hear from anyone by Friday, I speak with the guy who said he got busy, blah, blah, blah, he'll get estimate in on Monday. That was the last time I ever heard from them again despite my emails, texts, and calls over several weeks! My wife called numerous time as well. No response, radio silence. Needless to say, I lost many weeks of no work getting done due to very inept service. Stay away and go with American Integrity Restoration---they ended up doing a super job!!
Matt Milless and the Rainbow experts that came to our business were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have the owner Matt Milless come and assess our damages and do what was necessary to correct them, he really took the time to make sure we understood all the work and gave us a realistic timeframe of completion. Thank you for making this such an incredible experience for us! Highly Recommend!
Horrible experience. It started off fine with an employee coming to my home to evaluate for mold remediation. He knew I was not able to live in my house and I was anxious to get the place fixed so I could move back in. After weeks, a second home visit, and multiple requests for an estimate which I was yes'd to death being told it would be a few more days it never came. Eventually they stopped responding and it's been months and I still don't have an estimate. Obviously I used another company. This whole experience was terrible. I just wanted to be able to move back into my own home, I was told they could help me, and then I was abandoned.
