I got a Samsung s5 from here had it 8 months. Then one day it stopped charging took it back to the shop and they said it had water damage. And that it wasn't covered on the warranty. They wanted to charge me 50 to repair it I know for definite that phone has been nowhere near any water just check what's covered on your guarantee they have lost a customer who would have spent hundreds of pounds on phones and accessories for me and my family

So first red flag upon entering the shop is suddenly my email quote has doubled in price. I was quoted 20 for replacement rear camera glass for my s10e yellow samsung. In shop it is suddenly 40. I just want my phone fixed so shrug it off a bit annoyed. Next after a long wait I get my phone back. The camera lens is showing more black marks that originally and the "new back glass" is already scratched. I'm then told oh it's because you can't buy the back glass new so we use spares. Ok so why am I paying 40 for spares and why was I not informed before? They then tell me mine was in terrible state originally when it wasn't as when they showed me my original back it was near perfect. In addition to this the whole process was done with the phone on risking battery damage and showing how unprofessional the whole process is. Back glass is 8 online brand new id have been better off doing it myself or going elsewhere. What was I offered for this? Oh we will put your old back glass on but it'll be another hour. I'm not waiting another hour ontop of the already long wait and putting my phone at risk again. TLDR - 40 for a used, scratched back glass, phone battery risk and a more broken camera despite original 20 quote. Avoid this place and its partner store hex. UPDATE: Was refunded my 20 for the misquote so adjusted rating a bit.
