Another example of a dealership wanting to get a car off the lot. Many red flags that I shouldve seen. Worked with Moe who helped me get into a car. Took him multiple request to get me Service records. Since driving the car home it was over filled with oil so I had to pay out of pocket for another oil change, also the car had a coolant and water pump issue that they never mentioned. I informed Moe and he said he would get back to me. Hes been a ghost ever since. I finally called the main line and got in touch with Jimmy. Who states car had no issues just your luck the pump dies the minute you drove it off the lot. Only time I have driven the car was from the dealership home and then back out to get a oil change. Wouldnt spend another dollar at this DEALER. Also I wouldnt advise anyone to work with Moe. Dont expect him to answer any inquires if there are issues

My 228iX sound system abruptly stopped working, in addition to radio, blue tooth connections, the back back collision & perimeter warning, even the turn signal all went silent. Habberstad gave me a loaner car and kept my car for three weeks. While the service manager Pete did keep me posted on the progress weekly, but each time is the same story: waiting on a part (I was told its an amplifier), no update as when the part will arrive. Then Pete called and demand that I returned the loaner car and take back my 228iX with the broken sound system. While the car is drivable but no entertainment is annoying, but without back up audio warnings and no voice coming from GPS requires me to take off my eyes off the road much more can be a bit dangerous. Anyway I plan to call BMW North America myself and see what can be done about it. I do not wish to leave bad reviews, and I sincerely hope there will be a resolution quickly.

My 3rd. Beamer in 6 years, Audra is great. Friendly , knowledgeable and always helps me out with a fair price. Looking forward to their new digs... The current one is kinda cramped. April 2022- I am still with Habberstad, still working with Audra , this will be my 5th. This time an X7, great service , Sabrina in Finance and Charles who went over all the bells and whistles went above and beyond - I keep coming back ( its been 14 years) keep up the good work

These guys in the service dept are the BEST!!! They are always so kind and professional from the moment you bring your car in. I think I keep leasing cars from them because I know that when I need service for my BMW I never have any issues. With the fast paced life I live and always on the run they always bend over backwards for me and they treat their customers as their nunber one. I wish I knew everyones names that work there so I can thank them individually but almost everyone in their service dept has helped me over the years and everyone of them has been the same kind host to me when I brought my vehicle in so thanks to everyone at your service dept. Your service team is the best!
The customer service here is horrible. I have been calling for an on going issue that has not been solved. Every time I call I speak to a different person .. he or she says that I will receive a call back but never do. As Im writing this rating I have been on hold for over an hour. The amount of money I spend on my vehicle and service is absurd for the customer service I receive. I expect a real and professional response from management to address the concerns Ive herein raised. Im disappointed to have had to write this but the circumstances have become untenable. You guys dont even deserve this one star but thats the only way i can post this complaint.
