I have never written a complaint before, but I have had quite a difficult time with this roofing company. First my representative did not return my calls for several days when I was out of town and in the process of getting my roof replaced. I wanted to double check on the work which was going to be done, and the work was done before I ever had a returned call. I then asked for another representative to come out and discuss the money and the work done. He gave me his word on one amount, then I get a call 2 months later stating that I now owe more money. The gutters that were to be installed, we had to call several times to get installed, they were over a month late. Now they are saying that I owe them for a deductible that has already been paid. Busy or not, this is a very disorganized organization and I will not do business with them again, nor would I suggest that anyone else does.

The company will not take care of you from start to finish. They just have a good sales team that will promise you the world. Read the reviews carefully. Many of them are added from management. Also they are not family owned and operated. The company was purchased in the 2000s. 50+ years of service, not true. The name has been around that is about it, the company switched hands.

Ken was a lifesaver with a home that a Client was buying. He was able to get us on the schedule for an inspection when the Home Inspector wasnt able to view the roof due to weather. I will continue to call and give out Kens info!

I am seriously impressed with the service North West exteriors provided to our family while putting a new roof on our home. I am especially impressed with Aaron Campbell. He worked round the clock solving every issue we encountered--he even took my neighbor's car to the tire shop when she thought she got a nail in her tire from our roofing job, turns out her flat was caused by something else, but he still offerd to fix it for free. As an investigative reporter, I was nervous about hiring a roofer, but this company changed my mind. I highly recommend this company! Not to mention, the roof looks gorgeous!

It took several calls and visits to fix the roofing job that was installed in less than 6 hrs. Would not recommend them.
