I didn't really get the chance to take a class but I thought I would sit in and check it out. The facility is extremely clean and large. There two instructors present at all times. I walked in and found myself in BJJ class for kids. I wasn't to fond of the workouts. They seemed sort of strange to me and the push ups...if that even is push ups were also strange. The kids didn't seem too motivated. They were being pushed to keep on but overall I was expecting people in general to show full engagement in the class. Even some of the kids were confused about the work outs. Some places I have been to were fun and the instructors were engaged with the students. I was hoping, as a beginner that instructors would be fully engaged no matter what level. Some of the practices weren't even corrected. It was alright. Great for kids but not too sure for teens. I would have joined regardless but the atmosphere made me feel disconnected and uncomfortable. Also...there was no one at the front desk. And if there is someone that works there I couldn't tell at all. I wanted more info but it left me in an awkward position where all that was offered before me was the schedule.

I went on a hunt looking for a mixed martial arts place.. I went from taking free classes in Jersey, Brooklyn, Queens and Upper Manhattan. And then I came across this place. All I can say is that they're very dedicated too teaching, amazing instructors and very disciplined. I wouldn't train no where else. I highly recommend anyone if they're interested in learning the art.

These place teach the same boring lessons that won't help you out in tournament, streets or help you build up you're character. It's just your regular MMA business that just wants you to pay your monthly fee
