I bought a shampoo bar and a conditioning bar online from the lush website. It came pretty fast, but there was some plastic in the wrapping. Anyway. I tried them, and though they act like regular shampoo (the conditioning bar did nothing at all) both had a really really strong unpleasant odor. I tried to endure it for a bit, but it was stinking up the house. When I found that I was dreading even entering the bathroom, and kept the door closed just to avoid a whiff, I decided to contact lush. They made me feel like I was trying to cheat them from the get go. Then they asked me to send back the pieces of soap. I agreed, not realizing they are located in Canada. The shipment cost over ten US dollars, and it has taken them weeks to recognize they even got the bars. Bars, which they will not be able to use anyway, because, you know, they are already used. I may get a refund on the original purchase, but I havent gotten it yet. These bars are some of the most expensive less waste product on the market, and their customer service sucks. The product was terrible. All in all I wasted time and money on them. Ive bought from other vendors before, and Ill be going back to them. I hope somebody learns from this, and avoids them.
