Heidi is fantastic! I am a relatively new homeowner and when I discovered mold in one of my bathrooms, I was a *little* freaked out. Heidi immediately put me at ease when I talked to her on the phone to book the appointment, and again when she came out to my home to test for the mold. Heidis integrity was instantly clear; her ultimate goal is to provide an accurate picture of the mold present in the home so that it can be remediated properly. She is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and also gave me advice throughout the process as I moved into the remediation stage. Highly recommend, I wont use anyone else in the future!

I haven't written many reviews on Yelp because I am rarely wowed in a positive way by many people or companies. NOT the case at all with Heidi and Mold Test Sacramento. My family discovered a massive black mold issue in their apartment and the path forward was very unclear on so many levels and especially since they didn't know what level of mold infestation and how many kinds they were dealing with, which is SO crucial when attempting to repair and remediate mold issues. I live out town and felt so helpless, but at least I could support by trying to get a mold testing company out to text their place. I called SO many companies late on a Sunday afternoon and no one picked up or returned calls, except for this Angel on the planet named Heidi. She not only picked up my call immediately, but she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got my family's apartment tested first thing in AM the next day and got results by the end of the day to make sure my family was fully armed with the best info to get the best resolution. Not only did Heidi turn this around quickly, but she also gave them really great advice on how to clean their immediate essentials that they needed themselves while they would have to wait for the full remediation and was so kind and compassionate, which also helped ease a very scary situation and also made me feel better about being away. She was the most kind-hearted person I have ever met, illustrating to the max degree how much she really cares about her clients and the well being of people going through this horrible experience of toxic mold issues. I truly cannot recommend this company enough, but especially to recommend Heidi. She is one of the extraordinary people that help us keep faith in humanity. I highly recommend Mold Test Sacramento for your environmental testing! We hired Heidi for Mold Testing at an apartment and later received a report confirming the presence of toxic mold. She goes above and beyond to support her clients. She has been easily available for any following questions/concerns regarding the results and recommendations. She is thorough in her investigation (we hired her for air quality and swab testing). During her testing she visually inspected using a moisture reader and thermal camera. She submits a complete report with pictures, narrative, and lab results. Though I never want to see mold again, I plan to hire her any future testing.
