Hey Lance, We are sorry you are dissatisfied with your order. However you did approve the mockups and they were printed within specs of that. We refused your other orders because they did not meet our minimum requirements. Each design/color takes an entire screen to be set up and to do that for 1 shirt is not in our best interest. Not to mention the free artwork and ink change outs we did for you. If you would have let us know about your dissatisfaction upon picking up your order, we could have fixed it. Best of luck.

Absolutely horrible work, weve work with them for 2 months they didnt get our logo or the color right the stroke and back shadow was absolutely horrible. I have the three shirts with three different logos and style that bison print co. Messed up costing us thousands of dollars because we have atleast boxes of clothing items we can not sell. We paid them to make our youth T-shirts and they put the adult size logo on a childs shirt and when we brought it to their attention they said they would take $10 off our next order. Which bring me to the neck tags we paid for neck tags and when we picked up our order some shirts had neck tags some did not. We spoke with Eli (the manager /owner) he refuse that we bring them back and they took two weeks to complete resulting in our customers to have to wait long periods of time for their purchased items. I was referred to them by an acquaintance BUT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND BISON PRINT CO to anyone. At all.

placed an order of 28 hoodies. 9 of them came damaged with ink and dirt stains. I still have yet to receive replacements or any refund more then a month later. terrible communication and customer service. would avoid.

I literally had the WORSE experience with bison print co since I decided to work with these guys. Every step of the process has been prolonged and is still ongoing to get my refund that they promised me . SHIPPING WAS A MESS they claimed they shipped out my order but didn't ship it until week half later. Every hoodie i ordered had its own imperfection and low quality screen print they also spelled brand name incorrect after they were corrected and approved of the mockup of it spelled the right way. Been ongoing 2 weeks no refund as promised by them now i do not have my product or my money back .Poor customer service. Would avoid In the pictures provided shows how each screenprint was not aligned correctly leaving empty white spaces in my art different imperfections on every garment
