Mario Villegas- our staff had an issue with the door opening due to some key issue. Store manager communicated to you in prior that we are behind on opening. My apologies. We are not perfect and these issues can happen to any small business especially for a new store operating on minimal staffing. Our customers are kind, generous and understanding. Hard to trust a place that doesnt open when its own storefront hours say its supposed to open.
Hello Ruben, We are sorry to hear you didnt get the chance to experience our awesome stylists and the services they provide. We have been pretty in demand these last few weeks and have seen quite a rush. We have made some changes to the shop and how we are handling walk-ins and appointments. We do have a few policies in effect for these types of situations. We absolutely do take walk-ins, but we cannot guarantee a wait time when it is busy or we have appointments back to back. We do our best to honor the appointment times, but we are human and do run behind sometimes. We disclose that on the website, and have it stated in our policies in shop. We are not a chop shop chain and we are not that kind of business. We dont believe in rushing or cutting someone elses time short when they had an appointment. If someone is not here at that appointment time even by one minute, we immediately remove the appointment and take any walk-ins in the shop and that person is added to the walk-in list. We then go in order until the next appointment shows. If we can get you in, we do our best to do that. We have also added a couple more members to our team in the past couple weeks. Our team is working hard to build up the shop, and we invite you to make an appointment and come check us out. As a walk-in, our mornings are usually a little slower, and Mondays and Tuesdays are the slowest times for us as of right now. We take walk-ins 7 days a week, but its really up to you if you want to wait to see if someone doesnt show up for their appointment when coming in as a walk-in. Most of our regulars know we are worth the 20 min wait from time to time. We hope to see you soon and hope you have a good week.

worst haircut experience I've ever had, paid 40 dollars for stylist that didn't know how to cut long hair. even days after i got it cut I still can't stop thinking how badly they left my hair that it should be commended. one side is so obviously short than the other, it is completely uneven. Now, have it short/barely medium when I wanted it cut shoulder length. last time I trust a stylist and cutting my own hair from now on
