They have covid measures, a nice shop and free WiFi for customers, as well as no queues due to the helpful booking system. However, the haircut itself was not up to standards. The blend was poorly done, it was taken WAY too high, and she left bald patches on my -before fully covered with hair- head! Not sure about women, but I wouldn't recommend for men! I had high hopes based on the reviews, but i was left extremely disappointed.

Worst experience ever....I had my hair coloured here in August and they did such a bad job that they have completely ruined my hair and its now October. They gave me a full refund but no apology and not even a response to an email I sent them explaining how badly they had damaged my hair. I will be taking this further. Its disgusting and highly unprofessional. I would never ever go here again let alone recommend it.
