Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worst company ever. They just won't show up and not tell you that they aren't coming. The majority of the time they won't even service your business correctly. Went a few weeks without toilet paper and paper towels. I even had to take rags home to was them several times because they didn't come. Supposed to get services on Tuesday and most weeks they won't show up until later in the week and won't communicate that they are coming days later. Stay away from them that
Wish I could leave no stars.... got no service at all for over 2 months but they kept taking payments from my account until I put a stop payment with my bank and since than when I do get serviced I don't get my logo rug or any mop heads but yet they still charge u for complete service. Worse company out there if u have other options go with it
Incredibly unorganized company. Has no product on delivery and still charges for it, after canceling service they never picked up their product that was still here for month's then kept billing for it. I called customer service and they respond telling me I needed to send a letter canceling service. No one I spoke with when canceling instructed me on a letter of cancelation, just that they would send someone to pick product up. I do not recommend working with them, no one knows policy thru and thru, very badly operated.
Once again an AWESOME performance.!.!. More then 16 missing rugs or just not delivered in a year. The reason is COVID. Hmmmm really??? There is not one reasonable person in Rochester. Sent the 30 day notice registered letter and received a threat to be sued. We have a service agreement if you dont get service or less then half the service on that agreement why should We pay for full service?? Now that its November and December we might get half a service. No communication from any person there.!.! Absolutely the worst company EVER.!.!. Keep paying Aramark keep paying.!. Im sure in their real world they would not pay for the HORRIBLE service.!.!. They do not deserve even 1 star.!.!.!. I would really like to talk to someone higher up in this company to see their thoughts on the Rochester location and the HORRIBLE service.!.!.!.
